The GOP is winning the political war designed to advance conservative values. The war has nothing to do with "stop the steal" or who controls the U.S. House or Senate. It is much more, it is a battle allowing the GOP to change laws ranging voting to abortion.
Joe Biden doesn't need to take a position on the filibuster. Those arguing that the filibuster is stalling legislation important to the American people are probably wrong. Ending the filibuster will not make things better in the Senate, the political gridlock will continue regardless of whether the filibuster exists or not.

Taxes are a big issue in Washington D.C.. The partisan lines continue to fuel the debate on who to tax and how much. Democrats have the tax the rich message while Republicans have the “we are taxed too much” message. The two sides have no common ground.
Chuck Schumer wants to decriminalize marijuana. In fact, he is proposing legislation on the subject. However, as the New York Times reports, “the legislation faces an uphill battle in the Senate, where Republicans are opposed, and it is unlikely to become law in the near future. President Biden has not endorsed it, and some moderate Democrats are likely to balk at the implications of decriminalizing a drug that has been policed and stigmatized for so long.”
The Republican National Committee’s lawyer, Justin Reimer, had this to say about Donald Trump’s claim of election fraud.

The Court ruled in Donald Trump's favor regarding a fake meme/video showing a white toddler running after a black toddler. The meme delivered the message “Terrified Todler [sic] Runs From Racist Baby” and “Racist Baby Probably A Trump Voter.” Trump, thereafter, called the meme/video fake news.
There is one sure sign of desperation in politics. It is when you grab at the insignificant things to twist them into a political liability.
